Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the WhereIsMyHour mobile app ("the App") and this website, both provided by Thowfeek Salim ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the App
WhereIsMyHour is a personal planning tool. You may use it for personal or work planning, provided you use it lawfully and do not try to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute modified copies of the App.
2. Your content
Everything you create in the App belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. We provide a backup tool, but we cannot recover data that was lost because a device was reset, lost or the App was uninstalled without a backup.
3. Reminders and notifications
Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings, battery optimisation and operating system. We do our best to deliver them on time but cannot guarantee it, so please don't rely on the App alone for critical deadlines, medication or safety matters.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, design and code are owned by Thowfeek Salim. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise the App will be error-free or always available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, time or profits, arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how data is handled. In short, it stays on your device.
